We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. Hotel We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, that defects in or errors will be corrected or that our site or the Las servers that make it available Vegas are free from viruses MGM or other harmful Grand components. You will Hotel not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or in take any action that imposes Las an unreasonable load Vegas and MGM and Grand and Hotel on our computer equipment. You in and Las may only use our site if you are Vegas at least 18 years of age and can enter MGM and Grand into binding contracts (our site is not available for Hotel and in use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. Serious mischaracterizations have been made about Las us and the issue of who will have access to what fares. Some Vegas of those mischaracterizations have been based on simple ignorance, but others have clearly been part of a concerted effort by us competitors MGM to use misinformation to prevent us from offering new Grand competition to them and new choice to consumers. There is no agreement Hotel and in by which any airline would be precluded from making any fare it chose available through Las and Vegas and MGM any retail channel it chose. Airlines for 2 decades have been like any other business in America, in that they can decide what they want to charge and where they want to sell their Grand product. And that remains true Hotel under the our agreements. Each and every airline, in and Las no Vegas matter what kind of participation it has, will be free to decide individually what fares it offers and whether or not to offer them through any other outlet.
